Randi leverages her extensive experience and expertise in education to champion solutions and interventions that cater to the unique developmental needs of every child. She is committed to creating an environment that fosters growth and success, ensuring schools are focused on doing the same.
She has been in the field for more than 18 years, both as a teacher and school principal. In addition, she can relate to the position families experience during school processes as she is the mother of two neurodivergent students.
